Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy across AI, quantum, and sustainable tech domains
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives with $10M+ annual budgets
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies through market analysis and academic partnerships
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board of directors
- Build and manage a global network of tech innovators and venture partners
- Drive intellectual property development and patent strategy
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and other premier tech forums
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products (AI/quantum/sustainability focus)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep network within Silicon Valley and global tech ecosystems
- Exceptional financial modeling and budget management expertise
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Fluency in English with proficiency in Mandarin or Japanese preferred
