Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum solutions in Fortune 500 environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and neurotech
- Published thought leadership in tech futures (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java preferred)
- Experience with patent development for disruptive tech
