Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging tech disruptors and opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops translating futuristic concepts into actionable business strategies
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and R&D pioneers
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodology
- Monitor global tech policy developments and regulatory impacts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning for emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, or biotech innovation
- Proven track record of launching tech-forward initiatives with measurable ROI
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities
- Experience working with C-level executives in tech or finance sectors
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
