Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy horizon for 2026-2030, aligning with business objectives
- Conduct cutting-edge research on emerging technologies (quantum, neurotech, sustainable AI) and their market viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present technology roadmaps and recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption and policy development
- Drive internal upskilling initiatives on next-generation technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AR/VR, sustainable tech)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and investment committees
- Strong network within global innovation ecosystems
- Certification in futures thinking or strategic foresight (e.g., CFTE, CFTe) preferred
