- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology adoption
- Create financial models for technology investments and ROI projections
- Establish KPIs to track technology adoption and strategic impact
- Present insights to executive leadership and board members quarterly
- Build partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven experience developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Strong financial modeling and business case development skills
- Certifications in strategic management or technology foresight preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and risk mitigation frameworks
