Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership roles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in scaling emerging tech initiatives
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, blockchain, AI ethics, or climate tech
- Certification in technology forecasting or innovation management preferred
