Responsibilities

- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions targeting 2026 market readiness
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology adoption
- Competitive intelligence analysis against global tech innovation leaders
- Develop KPI frameworks for measuring future technology ROI and adoption
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board with data-driven recommendations
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and startups for tech scouting
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership role
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong executive communication with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents/articles preferred)
- Fluency in strategic frameworks (e.g., Porter's Five Forces, SWOT analysis)
