Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, AR/VR integration) to develop strategic frameworks for 2026+ product roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in our Silicon Valley lab
- Present technology strategy to investors and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Build and manage a global network of academic and industry research partnerships
- Develop patent portfolios and intellectual property protection strategies for breakthrough innovations
- Mentor junior technologists through our Future Leaders incubation program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized innovations from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with PhD preferred
- Deep understanding of tech policy landscapes and regulatory frameworks
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with C-suite experience
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Java, or Rust)
