Qualifications

- Proven track record in AI/quantum computing commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight
- Experience with global tech policy and regulatory frameworks
- Prior leadership in scaling R&D initiatives to enterprise level
- Published research in peer-reviewed tech journals preferred
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, R, Java)
