Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) for strategic implementation
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Partner with venture capital teams to scout and acquire disruptive startups
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track innovation ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in implementing emerging technologies across complex organizations
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI, quantum computing, or biotech
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent strategic foresight certification preferred
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- PhD or Master's in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field
