- Establish partnerships with research labs, startups, and academic institutions
- Quantify ROI for emerging technologies through market analysis and pilot programs
- Mentor junior strategists and build a future-tech-focused culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented initiatives (quantum/AI/Web3 experience preferred)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Deep understanding of ethical implications and societal impact of emerging tech
