Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for emerging domains including quantum computing, biotech convergence, and climate tech
- Lead high-stakes stakeholder engagement with VCs, academic institutions, and Fortune 500 partners
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership pieces published in MIT Tech Review, Nature, and industry forums
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-driven allocation for experimental projects
- Mentor cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists
- Represent company at global tech summits including Web Summit, CES, and Davos
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with proven 2025+ technology forecasting experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, climate tech)
- Executive-level presentation skills with experience addressing boards of directors
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier tech publications
- Track record of securing multi-million dollar R&D partnerships
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and futures methodologies
