Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ horizon, focusing on AI integration, quantum computing applications, and biotech convergence
- Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify disruptive technologies with strategic value
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and engineering teams to align technology initiatives with business objectives
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Manage innovation pilots and proof-of-concept projects for emerging technologies
- Build and maintain relationships with technology startups, research institutions, and industry thought leaders
- Monitor global technology trends and regulatory developments affecting future innovation landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing technology transformation strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, advanced robotics)
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Strong stakeholder management experience with ability to influence executive teams
- Experience in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with demonstrated ability to navigate uncertainty
- Published thought leadership or patents in technology innovation preferred
