Responsibilities

- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping futuristic solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Monitor global tech policy developments and regulatory shifts
- Document future scenarios and impact assessments for stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning abilities
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies (bonus)
