- Establish industry partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers to accelerate R&D
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Mentor a team of technologists and futurists to foster a culture of innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech leadership roles
- Proven track record in developing and implementing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech with publications or patents preferred
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and innovation budgets >$10M
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
