Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead research initiatives in emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, AI) and assess commercial viability
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present technology forecasts and innovation proposals to C-suite executives and investors
- Oversee prototype development and pilot programs for futuristic solutions
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-generation technologies
- Mentor R&D teams on future-proof methodologies and innovation processes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech roles
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching innovative products from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong understanding of global tech policy, ethics, and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
