Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, Web3.0) into product ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and technology forecasting for strategic advantage
- Collaborate with R&D to bridge theoretical research with commercial applications
- Present technology strategies to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build and mentor a team of future-focused technology analysts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capability
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
