Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for 2026+ implementation
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating next-gen solutions with existing infrastructure
- Partner with product teams to prototype and validate future-facing applications
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Build cross-functional innovation labs to test disruptive concepts
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory developments affecting future adoption
- Mentor junior strategists and cultivate internal innovation communities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies at enterprise scale
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., AGI, nanotech, Web3)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Certification in innovation management or technology strategy preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio of published research or implemented future-tech initiatives
