- Develop strategic implementation roadmaps aligned with company vision and market disruption timelines
- Lead cross-functional task forces of engineers, designers, and domain experts in rapid prototyping
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technology adoption ROI and competitive advantage
- Present future scenarios to C-suite and board members, securing buy-in for transformational initiatives
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and venture capital firms focused on frontier technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in emerging tech adoption
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology, climate AI)
- Track record of commercializing futuristic concepts within enterprise environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies
