Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year impact potential
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Conduct scenario planning for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions in simulated future environments
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption
- Build innovation frameworks for sustainable tech deployment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record in forecasting technology adoption curves
- Deep expertise in at least two future-critical domains (quantum, AI, neurotech, etc.)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario-building capabilities
- Experience with technology impact assessment methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused innovation initiatives
