Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record in technology strategy or innovation consulting

- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling skills
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of global tech policy and IP frameworks
