Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends and emerging innovations (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026-2030
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps with 5-year strategic horizons and implementation milestones
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future tech priorities and resource allocation
- Conduct competitive intelligence analysis and scenario planning for disruptive market shifts
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption impact and ROI on future-focused initiatives
- Represent the company at global tech summits and publish thought leadership on emerging trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech firms
- Proven track record of successfully launching future-focused initiatives (2020-2025)
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, blockchain, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in innovation strategy
- Certifications in strategic foresight (e.g., CFS, CFSD) or technology management preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience leading global teams and managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
