Responsibilities
- Architect 3-5 year innovation roadmap integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis for disruptive tech trends
- Develop go-to-market strategies for breakthrough technologies with $50M+ revenue potential
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present technology foresight insights to executive board and investors
- Drive R&D investment allocation based on strategic impact assessments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Experience developing multi-year innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Strong presentation skills for executive and investor audiences
