Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies with 3-5 year impact
- Architect governance frameworks for autonomous systems and digital identity
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior innovators in emerging technology methodologies
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on 2026 technology foresight projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, bioinformatics, etc.)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature Futures journal
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting models
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with focus on future studies
- Proficiency in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation principles
