Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026+ technology initiatives, identifying emerging trends and market opportunities
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and engineering teams to translate concepts into scalable solutions
- Analyze competitive landscapes and regulatory impacts on future tech adoption
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor groups
- Manage cross-functional project teams to deliver proof-of-concept and MVP milestones
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Drive organizational culture of innovation through knowledge sharing and mentorship
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record developing and implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable tech
