Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies with 3+ years focused on future tech
- Strong background in product lifecycle management and go-to-market strategies
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical information
- Certification in technology forecasting or innovation management (e.g., CTO, CIPD)
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Portfolio demonstrating technology roadmap development and implementation success
