Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough opportunities and competitive threats
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-tech capabilities into customer solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Manage innovation pipeline with rigorous ROI and risk assessment frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling innovative projects from concept to market
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence C-level decision-makers
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience with agile development methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation (patents, journals, conferences)
