Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for emerging domains including quantum-AI hybrids and neuro-interfacing systems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen concepts
- Analyze global tech policy shifts and regulatory landscapes affecting 2026+ technologies
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Translate complex technical capabilities into market differentiation opportunities
- Present technology vision and strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor emerging talent in future-focused technical and strategic disciplines
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with specialization in emerging technologies
- 7+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, advanced AI architectures, or climate-tech
- Proven track record of launching technology initiatives with $10M+ budgets
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to map complex technological interdependencies
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting or innovation strategy
- Experience navigating ethical frameworks for disruptive technologies
