Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop technology adoption roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to evaluate technology viability and ROI
- Create strategic briefings for C-suite on future tech implications and competitive positioning
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and startups for early-stage innovation access
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical considerations for emerging technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with data-driven insights
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record in emerging technology assessment and commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, advanced robotics, or synthetic biology
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Foresight Methodology)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and trend analysis
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Experience building innovation pipelines in Fortune 500 environments
