- Architect and execute a 5-year technology innovation roadmap aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen prototypes and proof-of-concepts
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3.0) for competitive advantage
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage a $2M innovation budget and vendor partnerships for R&D
- Drive adoption of sustainable and inclusive design principles in all initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in future-focused roles
- Proven track record in launching disruptive products/services post-2020
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AGI, biotech, neural interfaces)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex system behaviors
- Certifications in futures thinking (e.g., Foresight Practitioner) preferred
- Experience scaling innovation labs from concept to commercialization
