Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ horizon
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, AR/VR convergence)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Analyze market trends to position company as industry technology leader
- Present strategic recommendations to board and executive stakeholders
- Manage technology partnerships and ecosystem development
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and innovation ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging technology implementation
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, blockchain, neuromorphic)
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and technology management frameworks
