- Lead cross-functional task forces of engineers, designers, and data scientists
- Present technology forecasts and implementation strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory landscapes affecting future adoption
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., quantum AI, biocomputing, AR/VR)
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
