Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies with potential to disrupt markets by 2026
- Develop long-term technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to ideate future applications
- Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking against global tech leaders
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry pioneers
- Monitor regulatory impacts and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching technology-driven initiatives
- Exceptional analytical and strategic planning capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive communication experience
- Certifications in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, CDT)
