Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for 2026-era technologies including quantum AI integration and decentralized networks

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record launching at least two enterprise-scale AI/quantum systems
- Expertise in federated learning, neuromorphic computing, or post-quantum cryptography
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on emerging technologies
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
- Deep understanding of ISO 27001 and NIST AI Risk Management Framework
- Experience securing $10M+ in government/VC funding for futuristic projects
