Responsibilities
- Architect and implement technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market readiness
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, neural interfaces, and decentralized systems
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Manage innovation pipeline from concept to prototype deployment
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through internal advocacy programs
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and futurists
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive intelligence
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with 5+ in emerging tech roles
- Expertise in at least three future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized innovations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with agile development in futuristic tech environments
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies preferred
- Certification in futures thinking or technology foresight
