Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI/ML, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of scaling R&D teams to 50+
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong background in patent generation (10+ filed)
