- Mentor a team of 8+ technical specialists
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech with 5+ in leadership roles
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals
- Proven track record of launching enterprise-scale innovations
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains
- Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps
- Strong financial acumen for tech budgeting
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
