- Secure patents and publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals
- Drive ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and autonomous systems
- Represent company at global tech summits and policy discussions
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of leading cutting-edge tech projects (3+ shipped products)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or AI safety
- Strong publication record in Nature/Science or equivalent
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding
- Deep understanding of tech ethics and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
