Responsibilities
- Architect long-term technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and societal needs
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, advanced AI, and biotechnology integration
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Develop proof-of-concept prototypes for next-generation digital systems
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor a team of 8-12 researchers and engineers
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology R&D with 5+ years in strategic leadership roles
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related quantitative field
- Published research in at least two emerging technology domains
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough innovations
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, synthetic biology, or decentralized networks
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation grants or venture funding
- Strong familiarity with 2026 technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
