Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, aligning with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research for disruptive innovations
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI implementation and quantum computing
- Present strategic technology insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage R&D partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and technology scouting initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of scaling tech innovations from concept to enterprise deployment
- Certifications in technology forecasting and innovation management (e.g., CFIP, CTO)
- Strong financial modeling skills for technology ROI analysis
- Experience with regulatory compliance in tech (GDPR, HIPAA, NIST frameworks)
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
