Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 technology strategy roadmap
- Lead R&D initiatives in AI, quantum, and sustainable tech
- Manage a team of 5+ engineers and researchers
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for commercial viability
- Partner with product teams to integrate innovations into core offerings
- Present findings to executive stakeholders and investors
- Secure patents and protect intellectual property portfolios
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ in leadership
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or clean tech
- Proven track record of launching cutting-edge products
- Strong background in strategic planning and roadmapping
- Experience managing R&D budgets >$5M
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals
