Responsibilities
- Architect strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technology adoption across quantum, AI, and biotech domains
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of physicists, AI researchers, and bio-engineers
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through federal grants and private partnerships
- Develop patentable frameworks for human-AI symbiosis and quantum neural interfaces
- Present breakthrough innovations to Fortune 500 C-suite executives and government agencies
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Biotechnology with 8+ years R&D leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science with >500 citations
- Proven track record of scaling lab innovations to commercial products
- Expertise in federated learning, quantum error correction, or neuro-implant tech
- Security clearance (or ability to obtain) for federal collaboration projects
- Portfolio of 3+ patented technologies in emerging domains
