- Architect innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Secure and manage R&D partnerships with academic institutions and startups
- Present strategic technology visions to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive adoption of agile innovation methodologies across the organization
- Mentor talent in emerging technologies and future-focused skill development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or R&D leadership with proven impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Track record of launching successful tech products or solutions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to articulate complex visions
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M annually
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems
- Proficiency in future-casting methodologies and scenario planning
