- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI and autonomous system deployment
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proof development methodologies
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Expertise in quantum computing principles, neuromorphic systems, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of scaling complex distributed systems
- Published research or patents in future technologies (preferred)
- Certification in quantum computing (IBM Q, Microsoft Quantum) or equivalent
- Mastery of security protocols for next-gen infrastructures
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems
