Responsibilities
- Design scalable architectures for emerging technologies including quantum computing, neural interfaces, and decentralized AI
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping solutions for 2026 market demands
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year adoption cycles
- Develop implementation roadmaps for enterprise clients transitioning to next-gen infrastructure
- Establish ethical and security frameworks for experimental technologies
- Present strategic technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Maintain competitive intelligence through industry conferences and academic partnerships
Qualifications
- 10+ years in architecture or engineering with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neural networks, or distributed systems
- Proven track record of shipping production systems for future-facing applications
- Strong background in technology forecasting and scenario planning
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation practices
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published research or patents in emerging technology fields preferred
