You'll shape our technology roadmap while mentoring the next generation of innovators in our state-of-the-art Silicon Valley facility.
Responsibilities
- Design scalable architecture for quantum-resistant security frameworks
- Lead development of AI-driven environmental monitoring systems
- Prototype next-gen neural interfaces for human augmentation
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic research institutions
- Define technology adoption roadmaps for 2026-2030
- Drive innovation sprints for decentralized autonomous systems
- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite and investors
- Mentor junior engineers in emerging technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in advanced R&D with 3+ in strategic architecture
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or biocompatible interfaces
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Proven track record of patenting breakthrough technologies
- Experience with federal R&D grants (DARPA, NSF)
- Deep knowledge of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech
- Exceptional ability to translate complex concepts to stakeholders
