Qualifications
- 15+ years in systems architecture with quantum computing or neuromorphic engineering
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum algorithms
- Expertise in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
- Proven track record scaling systems to 10M+ concurrent users
- PhD in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Deep understanding of post-quantum cryptography standards
