Responsibilities
- Architect integrated systems combining quantum computing, AI, and biotech solutions for 2026-era challenges
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams through prototype development and validation cycles
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Develop ethical frameworks for emerging technology deployment and governance
- Present strategic technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Secure and manage R&D partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and knowledge-sharing initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years in technology architecture with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of deploying at least two cutting-edge systems at scale
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, generative AI, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic engineering
- Experience leading international R&D teams and managing multi-million dollar budgets
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or major tech conferences
- Strong understanding of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech principles
