Qualifications

- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field

- Proven track record of scaling systems to 100M+ users
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and technology policy development
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding from government/private sources
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
