Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology architecture with 5+ years in future-tech domains
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, and blockchain consensus algorithms
- Proven track record leading complex R&D initiatives (3+ projects)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Bioengineering
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
